Some examples of our production: Model LVI/Automatic line for insulating glass production with automatic bonding unit and flat press This model is fitted with a logic memory system for setting pressures according to the size of the glass sheet and has a display for line sequences. It is designed to allow continuous line operation without down time. Model VT2IS/Vertical washing machine This washing machine is fitted with a device (motorized or automatic) for washing extra thick glass and with another to select brushes suitable for washing low-E glasses. Stainless steel construction. Model VT - Jumbo 3300 Inox/Vertical machine Designed for oversized IG production unit 6,000 x 3,210 mm with 500 mm opening system for maintenance and glass thickness 3-50 mm in automatic. Model VOT/Vertical washing machine This model is open at the top and has a stainless steel construction. Model VOT.SP/Vertical washing machine Open top stainless steel construction with motorized thickness device up to 50 mm. Model Toscana/Horizontal washing machine Toscana has been designed for washing small size glass sheets. Model S/Horizontal washing machine This is a standard machine with the following options available on request: extra thick glass washing device (motorized or automatic); scrubbing sections with flat circular brushes and tank for detergent; brush selection for low-E glass; high speeds, etc. Model SY/Horizontal washing machine This machine is fitted with a motorized height adjustment device for the whole upper section, up to 500 mm, for quick and easy inside inspection and maintenance.
